We visited two lofts at the Riverfront Lofts building in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. They were open for the Pawtucket Open Studio Stroll along with our studio. We don't usually get a chance to visit our neighbors during the sale, but we snuck out for a quick peek. The building and lofts are Gorgeous! The exterior, common spaces and green spaces around the building are beautiful. Old, yet new. We only had a chance to see two lofts, both live / work spaces. Ten years ago we rented a studio from Morris Nathanson in the next building over and at the time the Riverfront Lofts property was a working mill. A pretty enough building, four stories, lots of brick. But I never would have thought such a stately and elegant conversion could have been made from this space.
